We provide flexible support services to complement your tour guide system hire, tailored to your programme and venue. This page covers on-site staffing, event and conference support, branding/customisation, and other bespoke requirements.

Support services are optional and not included in the standard hire price. They are quoted separately based on your dates, timings, locations and the level of support required. If you need assistance with distribution, on-site staffing, event support or branding, we will propose a solution matched to your schedule.

On-Site Staff Support

If you want a smooth, low-stress operation, we can provide a staff member to assist your group on the day.

Typical support tasks:

  • distributing receivers and headsets to the group
  • quick user briefing (fit, volume safety, channel check)
  • carrying the equipment case during the tour (if required)
  • basic troubleshooting during the session
  • battery swaps and quick checks
  • end-of-tour collection, pack-down and handover

Support formats:

  • Meet & distribute (start-only support)
  • Collect & pack (end-only support)
  • Full session support (staff remains on site for the duration)
  • Multi-day tour support (staff travels with the group — accommodation and travel expenses required)

Events & Conference Support

Tour guide systems are often used beyond walking tours — including corporate visits, venues and conference-style setups where clear audio distribution matters.

We can support:

  • assistive listening-style workflows (receivers distributed to delegates)
  • conference and venue coordination (timings, room access, handover points)
  • set-up checks and operational monitoring during sessions
  • pack-down and collection at the end of the event

Branding & Customisation
